Items covered under warranty:
- Faulty display, that was not caused by physical damage.
- Battery fault, that was not caused by physical damage.
- Controller error, that was not caused by physical damage.
- Motor failure, that was not caused by physical damage.

Items not covered under warranty:
- Flat, bald, damaged or replacement tyres.
- Any failures caused by physical damage.
- Any failures caused by incorrect use such as overloading the scooter, damage caused by stunts / jumping, or water / heat damage.
- Broken or stretched cables.
- Sticking or broken throttles.
- Failures caused by the additions of aftermarket parts.
